Note: If you send us a .jpeg, .pdf or .png formatted file, we have to convert file to a  vector formatted file. There is an initial $40.00 additional charge for digitization work for each individual design. Once you approve the design via our Custom Work Approval Form, DPSLV will create your order and Invoice you for payment. Once payment is received, DPSLV will initiate your order with its vendor.
